Shipping Information

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday during the morning period and dispatched within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made by courier service. Estimated delivery times are between 2 and 5 business days for Portugal Mainland, the Islands, Spain, and the European destinations listed below.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Customers may track the status and progress of their orders at any time through the "Orders" section of their Customer Account.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the order qualifies for free shipping as outlined below.
