Usage Instructions:

Massages: Add 2 to 3 drops of the essence per tablespoon of a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil, for a relaxing and revitalizing massage that helps relieve stress.

Compresses: Mix 5 to 10 drops of the essence in warm water, soak a towel, and apply it to the desired area for a calming and revitalizing effect.
