Usage Instructions:

• Massages: Add 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of a carrier oil for a calming, skin-softening massage.

• Compresses: Mix 5 to 10 drops in warm water, soak a towel, and apply to the desired area.

• Baths: Add 5 to 10 drops to a warm bath for a relaxing, comforting experience.

• Inhalations: Place 5 to 6 drops in a container with boiling water, cover with a towel, and inhale the steam.
