Usage Instructions:

Massages: Add 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of a carrier oil for a calming, skin-conditioning massage.

Compresses: Mix 5 to 10 drops in warm water, soak a towel, and apply to the desired area.

Baths: Add 5 to 10 drops to a warm bath for a soothing, relaxing experience.
